Since we are shipping freshly made frozen foods, we only allow for up to 2-day shipping. Please see our shipping options section for more details.
Fill up your box! We offer fixed-rate handling fees, so please take advantage and put as much as you can in each box. Please see our shipping details section.
We keep you updated from order to delivery. Our goal is to let you know exactly when your order will be at your doorstep. Please see our email policy.

If you need a specialty order, please call the store so we can meet your needs in the best way possible.
We offer 2-day ground at a very competitive price. If you live in the zones indicated below, you can ship ground and save. If you do not live in the zones below, you will still have the option for overnight and 2-day air. We look forward to serving everyone in the continental United States. The shipping rates charged will be based on the weight of the items in your order, your location, and the type of service you choose.
Our handling fee is outlined below, so please maximize your order for each weight range to get the best value.
$10 0 - 15 pounds
$12 15 - 25 pounds
$15 25 - 50 pounds
This handing fee includes one of our customized insulated coolers that you will be able to reuse.
We will ship your order Monday -Wednesday. If your order is not ready by Wednesday at noon, it will be shipped the following Monday. We put this policy in place to ensure that your perishable items are never held in transit over the weekend. Once you have completed your order online, an email summary of that order will be sent to you. Once we have packaged the order and UPS has picked up your package, a notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you. Upon delivery, an email will be sent to notify you that your package has arrived.
We will be shipping you freshly frozen items to your requested address. We will deliver your items in an insulated cooler inside our custom box. We will also have gel packs inside the cooler to help keep your items at the needed temperatures. To ensure your food is fresh, we will also vacuum pack all items. A small amount of thawing may occur. Taylor’s is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable food orders are final.
